coaching vision
As a Life and Holistic Health + Wellness Coach, my mission is to guide individuals toward a life of wholeness and authenticity, where mind, body, and spirit are aligned. I help my clients rediscover their most authentic selves by exploring and addressing every aspect of their well-being—physical health, emotional resilience, mental clarity, and spiritual connection. My approach integrates personalized wellness practices, from nurturing mental and emotional health to improving sleep, nutrition, movement, and self-care routines.
Together, we uncover and overcome limiting beliefs, establish a deeper connection to faith or purpose, and embrace the healing power of self-acceptance. By creating a safe, supportive space for deep self-discovery, I encourage growth, confidence, and courageous dreaming. My role is to support my clients as they cultivate resilience, balance, and a life that truly reflects their values and unique identity.
My deepest hope is that each client becomes not only transformed but also a transforming presence in their world—empowered to lead a life of authenticity, fulfillment, and well-being. Holistic health coaching goes beyond achieving goals; it’s about creating sustainable habits that nourish the whole self and foster a sense of purpose and vitality.

more about me
I have a wild story—one that I am deeply grateful for. While I’m still figuring out how to share it fully, I want to highlight some key experiences that fuel my passion for coaching.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of serving as an executive assistant to remarkable leaders in the nonprofit and tech startup sectors. I’ve also had the privilege of training and mentoring fellow executive assistants and facilitating training courses, which sparked my love for coaching. Additionally, I’ve coached volunteers and leaders in religious settings, further solidifying my commitment to supporting others on their journeys.
My intense interest in nutrition and health began in my teenage years. Growing up in a household faced with significant financial challenges, my family often relied on processed, convenience foods. This experience prompted me to research nutrition independently, leading me to realize that the Western diet often falls short of what our bodies truly need to fight disease and achieve optimal health. This passion eventually inspired me to pursue further education and certification in this field.
A pivotal moment in my life occurred in third grade, which led to a long struggle with disordered eating and body dysmorphia that persisted from junior high into my thirties. Through hard work and collaboration with professionals, I gained freedom in this area, and I’m now passionate about helping others heal their relationship with food. I encourage radical self-acceptance, challenge diet culture, and promote a gentle, compassionate, and joyful approach to health and wellness.
Growing up in a deeply religious household, my faith and spirituality have always been central to my life. Over the years, I’ve explored what my faith means to me and how to align my lifestyle with my personal values and beliefs. Many people I encounter have similar backgrounds, often marked by disillusionment, pain, or broken trust. I believe spirituality transcends religion; it seeks meaningful connections to purpose, others, and our Creator. This can be fostered through acts of service, time in nature, and incorporating solitude and rest into our life rhythms.
I find exploring spirituality to be a rich and rewarding topic with my coaching clients, especially when they express interest. It offers a broader perspective, allowing for a deeper significance in life, ultimately leading to positive emotions like peace, contentment, compassion, acceptance, and gratitude.
